DATA PROTECTION at HO2

As the operator of the online offer, HO2 Systemberatung GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is, among https://www.ho2-gmbh.de other things, the responsible body for the processing of the personal data of the users of the online offer. Information about your computer

Each time you access the online offer, we collect the following information about your computer: the IP address of your computer, the request from your browser and the time of this request. In addition, the status and the amount of data transferred are recorded as part of this request. We also collect product and version information about the browser and operating system used by the computer. We also record the website from which the online offer was accessed. The IP address of your computer will only be stored for the duration of the use of the online offer and will then be deleted or anonymized by abbreviation. Processing of personal information

PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

For our online offering, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that Google Analytics has been extended by the code “anonymizeIp();” for our online offer in order to anonymize the IP addresses, whereby the last octet is deleted.

We are of the opinion that, due to the protective measures taken (anonymization and possibility of objection), data processing for the purpose of optimizing our online offer is considered to be a legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Share

We may offer the possibility to share individual content with third parties in our online offering. When the corresponding function is called, a new window opens in which all the necessary information for sharing the content must be entered. This window is no longer part of our online offering, but is provided by the provider of the social media pages where the content is to be shared or another provider. ACCESS, DELETION, BLOCKING

What information do we collect and for what purpose?

E-mail addresses

If you provide us with your email address, we will communicate with you via email. We will not share your email address with third parties outside of HO2. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, you can let us know at any time. When you send an e-mail to us, personal data may be automatically transmitted, depending on the settings of your e-mail program. We will also keep them confidential. If you register for third-party services outside of HO2, it may be necessary to provide portions of our registration information to the relevant service provider, such as your email address. However, this will only be done if this is necessary as part of the service you have requested.

Orders and registration for events

If our online offer contains order and registration forms that you can fill out to request information, products and services, please note the following. In some cases, financial data such as Your bank account details or credit card number are collected. Financial data transmitted to us in this way will only be used by us for invoicing and payment processing for this particular transaction. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR; the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract with you.

The data will be stored by us for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Use of personal data in the case of a job application

All personal data from your application and any attachments you provide in your application will be collected, processed and used by us and our affiliates only for the purpose of the applicant selection process and for internal statistics. Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data is stored on a rented server of HO2 in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Your information will be treated in the strictest confidence. No personal data will be passed on to third parties outside of HO2.

Saving your application

We will store your personal data in our system in order to be able to assign any queries and, if necessary, to be able to approach previous applicants in the event of new vacancies. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future, as well as to request an update or correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. If you have applied for an advertised position, the documents will be deleted three months after the end of the recruitment process, unless there are other legitimate interests to the contrary. Such legitimate interests in this sense are, for example, the burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). In the case of an application without reference to an advertised position (unsolicited application), the application will be kept for as long as there is a possibility that the application may be of interest. You have the option of requesting the deletion of your application at any time, even before the expiry of the stipulated retention periods. In the event of a successful application, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal requirements. In all other cases, the legal basis for the storage of your applicant data is your consent pursuant to Art. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Use of contact details

The use of contact details published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited.
